Privacy Policy

What we collect when you call or use this website, why, and what we do with it.

Calls

When you call (510) 822-3070, the call is handled through a call-tracking service. That service logs details such as your phone number, the time and length of the call and the page or source that led you to call. The audio of your call is not recorded unless you hear a notice at the start of the call saying so. If you hear that notice and don’t want the call recorded, you can hang up and contact us another way.

To get you help, we share your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem with the independent plumbing contractor you’re connected with. That contractor handles your information under its own policies once it has it.

Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and may use cookies for basic site function, security and anonymous traffic statistics.

How we’re paid

Contractors pay us for the calls we connect to them. Apart from passing your call details to the contractor you’re connected with, we don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone else.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
  • California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, and ask us to delete or correct it, as provided under California law.
  • To make a request, call (510) 822-3070 and ask for a privacy request; we’ll confirm your identity before acting on it.

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
